State and Private
In case of higher education, in the majority of countries it can be both state and private. If it is state higher education, it means that the educational establishments get funds from the state. However, even if the education is state, it is paid in many countries. However, there are countries where there is free higher education as well as paid higher education. As for private education, it means that educational establishments get funds from other sources like different organizations or corporations or individual sponsors. In the majority of cases, private education is paid education. Good news is that in both cases there is possibility to get scholarships and grants, which can solve the problem of payment for higher education.
Such question as the advantages of private education in comparison with state education is topical for a long period of time. It is understandable that private education is available for people whose level of income is higher than middle. In such case, price for education is not a problem and it is possible to think about the level and the quality of education. But when the choice of educational establishment is limited by funds such factors as quality and level become secondary ones.
